Cookie Care
Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for 7 days. See box for Best Before Date.
To extend shelf life, freeze cookies on the day you receive them if you do not plan to eat immediately. To reheat from frozen simply place cookies in a preheated oven 180C/Fan for 7-8 mins until warm and gooey.

Delivery

We deliver our cookies nationwide including England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aim for next day delivery, but this is not guaranteed. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a text and email containing your parcel tracking details. All orders placed during the week (Monday – Sunday) are dispatched the following week on Thursday for next day delivery.
