Cake Tin was created after an inspirational trip to New York. As someone who is a home baker, a big foodie and passionate about all things sweet, my holidays often become food tours.

During a dessert tour in New York I came across the famous NY Chunky Cookies and OMG I was obsessed. I returned the following day for another dose and then back again on my last day with a box full to bring home. Back in the UK I tried many NY style cookies but there was no comparison. This is when the journey of Cake Tin began.

After many months of baking cookies and tweaking recipes I have finally perfected them. Cake Tin cookies are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.

Delicious cold and if you heat them up they will melt in your mouth and warm up your heart.
